Unable to start Apple Watch app

If you cannot start FitPort on your Apple Watch, the installation may not be successful.

Please uninstall FitPort from your Apple Watch, restart your Apple Watch, and try installing FitPort again (You don't have to uninstall FitPort for iPhone).

1. Uninstall FitPort on your Apple Watch

1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab.
2. Scroll to FitPort, then tap it.
3. Turn off Show App on Apple Watch.

3. Install FitPort on your Apple Watch

1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab.
2. Scroll to FitPort, then tap it.
3. Turn on Show App on Apple Watch.
