Basics

Moving around more than a minute per hour counts as 1 stand.

The app uses a combination of Stand Hours and Steps for overall tracking.
If Stand Hour data is available, it takes priority. If not, the app uses Steps to determine stand status.
With Steps, walking 80 steps or more in an hour counts as one stand.

Gemmy

Tiny blue stones are Gemmy, the gem monsters. They will appear each time you stand in the day. And they might have shiny 💎 for you! Tap the shiny Gemmy.

Goals

You can get companions by achieving goals!

Rules:
・Moving around more than a minute per hour counts as 1 stand.
・Maximum stand for a day is 24.
・Counting for goals will be started everyday at midnight.

A small info view appears if there is any progress in achievements.

Missions

You can get a small pet by accomplishing a mission!

Rules:
・Stand over 12 different hours in a day
・It's necessary to hit 12-stand goal EVERY DAY for the period you choose
・Moving around more than a minute per hour counts as 1 stand.
