Check Version of Zones

The version of Zones app is written at the bottom of the Settings.

If Zones version is different between the iPhone and Apple Watch, Zones on Apple Watch may not have been updated.
If it doesn't update after a while, reinstall Zones on your Apple Watch.

iPhone

1. Open Zones on your iPhone
2. Tap the Settings tab
3. Scroll to bottom

Apple Watch

1. Open zones on your Apple Watch
2. Scroll to bottom
