Trouble after updating to OS

1. Set up Apple Health app

Open the Apple Health app and configure your health settings.
OS updates may add additional settings or reset settings.

It has been reported that if the Apple Health setting is not set, Zones cannot authorize Health and data is missing.
Even if you have already set it up before, please check again.

2. Check permissions to Zones in Apple Health

Health permissions to the app may be reset.
If you have unconfigured permissions, you will be prompted to allow Health when starting the Zones app.
You can check your current status in Apple Health.

3. Restart your iPhone and Apple Watch

If your iPhone or Apple Watch consumes a lot of battery power, health data is not synchronized, etc., there may be some problem with the OS.
Restarting both the iPhone and Apple Watch often fixes the problem.
